IMPORTANT NOTICE:
The ONLY fall sport this year will be cross country. All other sports will be moved to the spring of 2021. Our goal is to schedule as many of the sports safely and in accordance with CHSAA's return to play plan. Unfortunately, no dates for the spring seasons have been solidified. The athletic website will be updated with information as it becomes available.

$95 per sport except for 8th grade Football which is $125.

Every student must fill out a Participation Form in order to play sports. Please ONLY return the last page. All physicals must be signed by a physician and are valid for 365 days from the date of the physical. Paperwork can be turned into the front office.

All consent forms, monies due ($95.00) or ($125.00 for Football) and physical paperwork are due on or before the first day of practice. No student will be allowed to participate until their physical paperwork is turned into the front office.

NO REFUNDS after first week. Coaches are hired based on the number of athletes.

Parents need to arrange transportation to and from all athletic events for their athlete. District Transportation is currently not available for after school activities. Please complete this form.

ALL GAMES/MEETS START AT APPROXIMATELY 3:45 PM. TRACK MEETS WILL START AT 4:15 PM!
